Omdat door de Covid maatregelen onze winkel is gesloten voor verkoop (reparaties gaan wel door) kunt u van 15-12-2020 tot nu onze producten via onze webshop bestellen. Artikelen die met Ideal betaald zijn worden dan 1 of 2 dagen later bij u thuis bezorgd door Post.nl of DHL.

Vanaf 10 februari is het ook mogelijk om bestellingen bij ons te plaatsen via de website, e-mail of telefoon en deze later bij onze voordeur op te halen. Het is wel verplicht dat er tussen de tijd van bestelling en het ophalen minimaal 4 uur zit.

Click & collect:

• Bestel via onze website, e-mail of telefoon en geef aan hoe laat u ongeveer de bestelling op wil halen.
• U krijgt een bestelbevestiging met een tijd waarop u uw bestelling op kunt halen.
• Bel aan bij onze voordeur, uw bestelling wordt u aangereikt.
• Indien u besteld hebt via onze webshop dan heeft u al met Ideal kunnen betalen. Maar als u via e-mail of telefoon hebt betaald kunt u ook bij het ophalen betalen.
• Betalen bij de voordeur kan met pin, creditcard of cash.

Hebt u een computer die gerepareerd moet worden? Bel dan ook op om een tijdstip af te spreken waarop u het apparaat kunt komen brengen, we proberen dit ook te plannen waardoor er niet teveel mensen bij onze voordeur staan.

From February 10 it is also possible to place orders with us via the website, e-mail or telephone and collect them later at our front door. It is mandatory that there is at least 4 hours between the time of order and collection.

Click & collect:

• Order via our website, e-mail or telephone and indicate approximately what time you want to collect the order.
• You will receive an order confirmation with a time when you can pick up your order.
• Ring the bell at our front door, your order will be handed to you.
• If you ordered through our webshop, you have already been able to pay with Ideal. But if you paid by e-mail or phone, you can also pay when you pick up.
• You can pay at the front door with pin, credit card or cash.

Do you have a computer that needs repair? Call us to arrange a time when you can bring the device, we also try to plan this so that there are not too many people at our front door.
